Amber encourages guests and family to help with preparation: cutting, chopping, arranging, setting the table.

In 2006, Amber had to decide between Culinary School or Graduate School.
In 2006, Amber had to decide between Culinary School or Graduate School.
She chose to go to graduate school, mainly because she was able to secure a Graduate Research Assistantship paying for her doctorate and basic living expenses.
